At Kiwi Alarms, the equipment is yours. You own it outright from day one. Monitoring is handled by [Brinks Home Security](https://www.brinkshomesecurity.com). 24/7 professional monitoring with dual path reporting, meaning your system communicates over both cellular and broadband so if one path goes down the other keeps the signal going. Every home is different so the only way to get an accurate number for your specific situation is a conversation. Some homes need more sensors, some need more cameras, some have specific requirements that change the picture. Scott will give you a straight answer with no pressure and no obligation.

What national door-to-door companies don't put on the quote sheet:

equipment financing over 60 months, $5 per month per camera for cloud storage, $6.99 per month for DVR access, annual rate increases built into the contract, and early termination fees calculated as a percentage of the remaining balance. Read our
